RETURN POLICY OF NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

You can return a product up to 14 days from the date of receipt, after first contacting the returns department at 2310770216

The purchased products must be accompanied by the relevant document (receipt – sales invoice) and the packaging must not have been violated and must be in its original (factory) condition.

In case of using the product or altering its original packaging, the return is not accepted.

In case of invoice issuance, the return must be made with a delivery note.

MONEY RETURN IN CASES OF PRODUCT RETURN

In the case of product returns, the refund is made in one of the following ways:

By canceling your credit card charge or By refund by deposit in a bank account.

Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving the cancellation request but we reserve the right to delay in case of non-return of products to our company or proof of return.

For your refund you must state the account in which you want the deposit to be made, the bank, the account holder as well as the number of your order regarding the refund.

The money that will be returned includes the shipping costs paid by the consumer for the purchase.

Refunds will be charged to the customer with shipping costs.

All refunds are made by Alpha Bank.

In case of refund to different banks from the cooperating ones, any interbank charges will be borne by the customer.

RETURN PROCEDURE

Pack the product so that it is protected during shipment.

The parcel is sent through any courier agency you want to the following address, with the return costs being borne by the customer.

It can be done only on the same day by phone (if it is working) by calling 2310770216 and during company opening hours or by email at elsa.opto@yahoo.gr and provided that your order was not delivered to the courier company.

The company reserves the right to cancel or legally amend its return policy by posting the relevant new terms and conditions on its website.

In case of repeated returns, through the fault of the consumer, the company reserves the right to refuse to accept a product return, due to abuse of the right of withdrawal or replacement of products, even if the above terms and conditions are met.

The photos of the products are indicative and can in no way be binding.

If the above legal procedure is not followed or the legal conditions for the return of the product are not met, then it will be returned to the consumer, who will be charged with the packaging and shipping costs.

In case you refuse for any reason to receive your order, the order is returned to us but you are obliged to pay the shipping costs to the courier company
